We use digital measurement to check how deep the rust has penetrated the metal.

All corroded metal is completely cut out. Surface rust is ground down to bare, clean steel.

Step 3: Metal Preparation

We apply corrosion-inhibiting epoxy primer to the clean metal.

Step 4: Patching

Using OEM-grade steel, we weld in new patches. No fiberglass fillers on structural areas.

Step 5: Dent Pulling & Shaping

We pull and shape the new metal to match your car’s original curves without over-filling.

Step 6: Sealing & Priming

A flexible seam sealer and high-build primer are applied to block moisture.

Step 8: Buffing & Finish

Final polishing ensures a smooth, glossy, factory-like finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you just cover the rust with paint or bondo?
No – and we refuse to do that. As certified autobody technicians, we believe in honest repairs. Covering rust without cutting it out makes it worse. We remove all rust down to clean metal before patching.
Are you a garage or a body shop?
We are a dedicated autobody shop, not a mechanic garage. We don’t do oil changes or engine work. Our specialty is body structure, frames, panels, paint, and rust repair.
Do you work on frames or just body panels?
Both. We offer frame repair and replacement as one of our core services. If your frame has rust damage, we can patch or replace sections safely.
